The race calendar, session times, series, circuit, event, featured content and related data made available through TheRacingLine's website, mobile applications, and any backing APIs (collectively, the “Data”) is the proprietary work product of TheRacingLine, compiled and maintained at significant cost. The Data is provided to end users solely for personal, non-commercial use through the official website and apps. All other uses are expressly prohibited.
Without limiting the foregoing, you may not, and may not permit or assist any other party to:
- Use any automated means — including but not limited to bots, crawlers, spiders, scrapers, headless browsers, scheduled scripts, AI agents, or background processes — to access, copy, monitor, harvest, or extract the Data or any portion of the website or apps;
- Access the Data or any internal API, endpoint, file, or storage location by any means other than the unmodified official website and unmodified official apps as published on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store;
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, repackage, or otherwise tamper with the website, apps, or any client-side or transport-layer protections;
- Circumvent, bypass, or attempt to bypass any rate limit, authentication requirement, attestation check (including Apple App Attest and Google Play Integrity), bot-detection system, IP block, or any other technical measure intended to control access to the Data;

- Create derivative works based on the Data; or
- Remove, obscure, or alter any copyright, trademark, attribution, watermark, fingerprint, or other proprietary notice associated with the Data.
TheRacingLine reserves the right, without prior notice and at its sole discretion, to monitor and log access to its website, apps, and APIs; to apply rate limits, IP blocks, account suspensions, account terminations, and other technical countermeasures against any user, device, or network suspected of breaching this Section; to identify the source of unauthorised redistribution by means of watermarking, content fingerprinting, honeypot data, or other detection techniques; and to pursue any and all legal remedies available, including without limitation injunctive relief, claims for damages, account termination, App Store and Play Store takedown requests, DMCA notices, and database-rights enforcement under applicable law. Costs reasonably incurred by TheRacingLine in investigating and remedying a breach of this Section may be recovered from the breaching party.
Nothing in this Section restricts your right to view, browse, and use the Data as a normal end user of the official website and apps for personal, non-commercial purposes.

The materials on TheRacingLine's website are provided on an 'as is' basis. TheRacingLine makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property.
